Iron Giant: Shocking Rescue

This was done for my Illustration 2 class. We had to pick a film and interpret the film into a different style and use that style to depict three scenes. I chose The Iron Giant and the scenes where Hogarth saves Giant, "Suuuppeerrrmaann", and when Hogarth receives the bolt and looks back at the Giant memorial.

Done in acrylics on bristol.

If you haven't seen this movie, I STRONGLY suggest you do. One of the best films I've ever seen.'
