I am le awesome at the titles...borrowed the title from the Drakengard 2 theme.
Anyways, this is a present for Krys/
because this lady turned 21 on the 21st! Woo!
She loves da RahXephon, thus I had to draw something from it.
I tried to make this somewhat symbolic...because hey what in RahXephon isn't symbolic? I thought it'd be neat if Reika's ribbon tail meshed with Haruka's headband, because I noticed they're the same color.
Shading this took a little too long...let's just say I watched the first run and the rerun of Family Guy on [as] tonight while doing this...Shaded with some "fusion" ballpoint gel pen, which was kinda dying out when I started shading, but it survived! And I messed with the color of the ink in PS. In my room lighting, the ink looked purple-gray, but in other lighting, its navy. Dur ok.

I love how you've made the two characters merge together; you're right, this is a very symbolic picture, lol! I like the detail you put into Haruka's earring, and the shading looks fabulous. I can't believe you did this with a pen! One tiny criticism I have is that Reika's lips look just a tad too large; but really, that's no big deal. This picture is still gorgeous! Great work!
