Ok, so I'm a day early, but whatever! XD This is for Miss  's 20th birthday ^^(I know Harmona isn't your favorite WR character, but I've been wanting to draw her for you for awhile ;~; ) Finished this last night, actually. My pens almost ran outta ink, but they've been on the verge of death for awhile. Not sure if the dress is entirely accurate to the one in the artbook, but the pic was so freaking tiny, I don't think it matters much -__-; AND HER HAIR IS YELLOW-GREEN DAM ETT!
